Mike Horspool is an experienced facilitator and organization development consultant. He works with executives throughout the County in helping develop strategies for implementing and supporting their most important goals. He has a Bachelor's Degree in psychology and he studied Industrial/Organizational Psychology during a 2 year master’s degree program at California State University, San Bernardino.

Len Wittrock holds a B.S. in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in teaching methodologies from Biola University. Len has been directly responsible for helping county organizations achieve their strategic goals and rebuild their teams through his coaching and mentoring and consulting work. Len brings more than 20 years of leadership and organizational development experience as lead facilitator responsible for developing supervisors, managers and executives in the County of Riverside.
Sr. Instructional Developer - COR Learning Online
Bedan Kamau holds a Master’s degree in Education in Instructional Technology, a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Computer information systems from California State University, San Bernardino. Prior to joining the County he was a Sr. Instructional Designer at Cal Poly Pomona for five years. He also worked for California State University, San Bernardino as an Instructional designer for three years.
LMS Administrator - COR Learning Online
Lauren Cummings is an experienced Learning Management Systems (LMS) administrator and analyst, having managed the LMS for both UC Riverside and UC San Diego prior to joining the county. She has certifications in Instructional Design and Digital Art & Design, and is an experienced web designer and technical writer. Lauren holds her Bachelor of Arts in History from UC Riverside as well as her Masters of Fine Arts in Creative Writing and Writing for the Performing Arts.

Omar Muhammad holds a B.S. in Workforce Education and Development from the Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. He has certifications in Instructional design and was the technology training consultant and LMS Administrator for the Department of Public Social Services. He brings more than 20 years of experience the area of Training, Instructional Design, and Project Management.
Learning Consultant - COR Learning Online
Amy Keller, after having spent many years working for various nonprofit organizations, joined the team. She is passionate about education and volunteers with many organizations within the community. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies and Masters of Science in Education from California Baptist University.
Team Lead - Operations
Anita Pacheco is a Learning Management Systems (LMS) administrator, financial administrator, and a Certified Client Facilitator. She has more than 30 years of experience in establishing and strengthening client relationships, and coordinates all client services to ensure all recipients achieve the maximum benefit of training products. Anita holds her Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a certificate in Leadership Studies from California Baptist University.
Mariela Aguilar has over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources, Office Management, and Social Services in the private sector. While working for the Skilled Nursing Facility, she developed assessments to provide patients with the best care to meet their individual needs. Prior to joining COR Learning she assisted RUHS Hospital employees as a benefits representative and presented workshops for new hires.

Tammy Nester has over 20 years of customer service, personnel, and supervisory experience in the private sector. She has developed job-specific employee training plans, and she is a strong advocate for continuous learning. Tammy is working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership through California Baptist University.
Office Assistant - Operations
Nadia Flores has over 10 years of customer service in both private and public sectors. Her passion for helping others, and enforcing new methods of learning/teaching, surfaced when working for a school district, for over 6 years. She is currently working toward a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a minor in Creative Writing, through California Baptist University.
