Consideration for Internal County Recruitments: All County Interns can be considered for both internal and external recruitments.
Interns can access all internal and external recruitments by visiting the HR website: https://www.rc-hr.com/ and selecting the "Find a Job" tab. Select "County Job Openings" from the dropdown to access all regular job opportunities. You can also access the recruitments from your NeoGov account.
Eligible for County Discounts:
The Educational Support Program has partnered with select universities to offer tuition discounts. Visit our College Partners page to see if your school offers a discount and contact your admissions counselor for more information.
Human Resources has negotiated various discounts for a variety of goods and services. From computers & software to pre-school and childcare visit the Human Resource Employee Discounts page to see what discounts are available.
Access to Employee Services
The Employee Assistance Services offers a wide variety of services to County employees and the members of their immediate families, including counseling, assessment and consultation, or referral to community-based resources. All EAS services are free and confidential. EAS also provides educational webinars on various topics.
The Culture of Health Program has been established by the County of Riverside Human Resources Department to maximize the health and wellness of all County employees. Interns are welcome to participate in workshops but are not eligible for monetary incentives.
