• We can help you earn credit towards many professional development and continuing education programs that recognize time and effort spent in sharpening professional skills. Employees can gain Certification Credits from eligible courses. Certifications offered include: Project Management Institute (PMI), National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA), Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), Society for Human Resource Managers (SHRM), California Board of Registered Nursing (CABRN), International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA), and ICompTIA.

Where do I find this information? 

The best place to find this up-to-date information is by going to Skillsoft’s Continuing Professional Education Program link to search for the organization. This website offers information about the certifications offered and each certification program provides an Excel document with a list of training credits that can be completed towards a certification. You will want to reference Course Name or Skillsoft Course ID in the Excel document when searching for the course in our COR Learning Library.

How to apply for the certification?

Upon completion of the trainings, you will want to go to the Continuing Professional Education Program website again to apply for the certification by selecting Certificate Request and fill in the required information. (Note: If applying for a Certification directly through Skillsoft, a cost may be required. Please reach out to Skillsoft directly if there are any questions regarding fees and/or specific certification inquiries.) 

Is there a cost to take the certification exam?

Each organization has different rules/criteria and costs associated with them. You will need to reach out to the individual organization for where the certification exam is and the cost for the certification. What is the new process for PMP Certification Prep?

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Prep training is only available only through Skillsoft’s Bootcamps; virtual, instructor-led training. These bootcamps are taught by PMP-certified instructors and include PMI-sourced content enhanced by Skillsoft. These PMP Certification Bootcamps are planned as a series of sessions that collectively provide the 35 instructional hours required by PMI. Please review the following link information for details.
